An ICONIC part of Halloween
Halloween has officially arrived in Disney World, and we’ve already seen the first of the Halloween decorations FINALLY up in Magic Kingdom (and y’all, it feels like Disney was a little late this year in getting those up, right?). But at the time, we noticed SOMETHING was missing, the iconic Mickey Halloween wreaths. Well, we’ve got some great news – the Mickey Halloween wreaths have arrived!
Halloween in Disney World is a very special time. In just a few days, we’ll get to go to the first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Halloween also brings new food and drinks to Disney World. However, one of our favorite things about Halloween in Disney World are the decorations in Magic Kingdom, and the Mickey pumpkin wreaths are just so ICONIC. We’re so happy to see that they’re finally up.

You’ll find the wreaths on lampposts up and down Main Street, U.S.A. leading up to the Main Hub and Cinderella Castle. NOW it feels like Halloween.

We feel like Disney really waited this year to put the decorations up. Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is just two days away, after all. Last year, the decorations were up almost a week earlier…and they went up overnight DURING A HURRICANE. Did you drop the ball this year, Disney World, or what? It doesn’t matter now, though, the decorations have appeared and we’re so happy.

So if you’ll be visiting Disney World from now through October 31st, you can enjoy the Halloween decor for yourself. You’ll also be able to grab tickets for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party during that time, so check it out if you have a chance.

I’m sorry, but its way too early for Halloween.
Halloween in August. Absolutely ridiculous.
I love everything about autumn and Halloween except that wdw starts it in August! It’s hot. School is still out and we’re trying to enjoy summer vacation. We don’t want to even think about Halloween until well into September…. when temps cool, the nights are longer, and leaves start to change. I wish they would stop rushing the season!
That being said, I love their decor!
