REVIEW: A MASSIVE Cheese Stick Has Landed at Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs, and We’re Obsessed

If Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs at Disney’s BoardWalk has no fans, we’re no longer on this Earth, because we’re BIG fans of this spot!

We got very excited, because we noticed TWO new items on the menu, and knew we had to try them out ASAP. If we’re being honest though, one of them we loved, but the other is going to be pretty divisive.

First up is the new Banana-Nutella Corn Dog for $10. This is exactly what it sounds like — it’s fried banana covered in the classic corn dog batter and drizzled with Nutella. We don’t really know how to feel about this, if we’re being honest. We wish there was more of that batter taste to it, and we feel the bananas were a bit too ripe for our taste (meaning they were a little too sweet), but that could be personal preference.

They’re also very small, and due to their makeup, they’ll fall off the stick very fast if you don’t eat them pretty soon after getting them, so we don’t recommend waiting long. If you’re a fan of sweets, this may be the choice for you, but otherwise, you may want to select a different item on the menu.

We also grabbed the Nashville Hot Giant Mozzarella Stick for $15.50, and THIS was a major hit! They weren’t kidding when they said this snack is giant because WOW. It’s easily shareable between 2-3 people, and it’s nice and crunchy on the outside and has a great cheese pull.

However, don’t underestimate those Nashville Hot spices, because they certainly are there, and they pack a punch! It comes with ranch, and you can ask for more if you’d like. We do wish the ranch was a little more of a traditional version with more of a buttermilk taste, as this one is creamy and sweeter that what we’re used to. Overall though, we were impressed and recommend it for all the cheese fans who don’t mind some spice!
