We Know What Will Fill the Void in EPCOT While You Wait for the Food and Wine Festival To Start

You might have heard of the fun concerts during the EPCOT festivals like the Eat the Beat Concert Series for the International Food & Wine Festival, but what if we told you there’s a secret concert between festivals?

Currently, Disney World is hosting Cool Kid Summer, featuring a range of fun activities for kids throughout the parks. We can now add another family-friendly experience to the lineup.

You can watch the Command Performance band at the American Gardens Theater!

Does that name sound familiar to you? That’s because they usually perform in the United Kingdom Pavilion but have moved over to the bigger stage.

When we visited, they had performances at 3:15 PM, 4:15 PM, 5:30 PM, 6:45 PM, and 8 PM. They’re not there every day, and their schedule may change due to weather.

You can “Rock out with Command Performance as they perform British rock from the 1960s through the 1990s.”

Looking for more fun at EPCOT this summer? Head to GoofyCore, where Goofy has taken over CommuniCore Hall with fun games and indoor activities (aka air-conditioned fun).

You can also try out Grab-n-Goof, located right by CommuniCore, for items like Mac and Cheese Bites, Pepperoni Pizza Ravioli, and Cookies and Cream Ravioli. We love it when we get special food in EPCOT before a new festival starts.

Speaking of festivals, the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival starts on August 28th and will run until November 22nd. We’re ready to dive into new dishes, returning favorites, and everything in between.
