CONFIRMED: This Popular Disneyland Meet and Greet Has a NEW Opening Date

All it took was a bit of faith, trust, and pixie dust to reopen this super fun meet and greet in Disneyland.

This meet and greet spot was closed for refurbishment for what felt like years (okay, so it was nine months), and we’re grabbing our autograph books and pens and heading straight to Fantasyland.

Meeting Tinker Bell in Pixie Hollow now has a reopening date! Disney quietly updated their calendar, and we’re now seeing times available on June 29th — that’s so soon!

This meet and greet is themed to the max and feels like you really entered Pixie Hollow. Small tinkering items like needles and thread, springs, and acorns feel larger than life, and Tinker Bell is there to show off her home. We’re not sure if it was routine maintenance or if they’re adding new details to the space, but we’re so excited to hang out in Pixie Hollow again.

There are a few other attractions around Disneyland that we’re waiting for to reopen from refurbishment, too. Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln is becoming a rotational show, starring alongside Walt Disney — A Magical Life, which will feature the very first Walt Disney animatronic. This is set to open on July 17th.

The Enchanted Tiki Room is set to reopen on July 2nd after being closed since April.

We’re also begging for a ride on Matterhorn Bobsleds, which has been closed since the beginning of May with no current reopening date.

We’ve noticed quite a few attractions recently going under the hammer, starting this year. It’s the 70th anniversary of Disneyland, and it feels like Disney is making sure all attractions are in tip-top shape for all the guests visiting for the celebration.
