We stopped by Nomad Lounge at Animal Kingdom to grab the limited-time Tropical Rainbow Cocktail! This drink is around during June for Pride Month, and it’s essentially a Tropical Long Island, layered to represent the colors of the Pride Flag.

Tropical Rainbow Cocktail

Parrot Bay Coconut Rum, Absolut Citron Vodka, Bombay Sapphire Gin, Pineapple Juice, Chambord Liqueur, Bols Blue Curaçao Liqueur, sour mix, and a lotus glow cube come together to make this gorgeous drink. You can get it for $22.50. It’s pricey, but it comes with a TON of booze — so you’re definitely getting what you pay for, here.

SO pretty

To us, this drink is more along the lines of something a casual vacation drinker might enjoy, instead of the serious whiskey, bourbon, and gin drinkers. It’s very light and fruity — you can tell from the composition of it with the coconut rum, the pineapple juice, and the Chambord — but don’t underestimate it because there are five different shots of liquor in there.

It’s very approachable if you’re going to Nomad Lounge and everybody else is getting something with whiskey or some of those more exotic flavors, and that’s not really your jam, then this is going to be a safe bet for you. It is on the sweeter side, so you have to like sweeter cocktails, but it’s very approachable, and obviously it’s very pretty.
