Ah..the life of a celebrity. We bet they NEVER have to wait in a standby line for Flight of Passage and will probably never know the pain of having to stand on a full bus at the end of the night. What a life! Imagine being escorted through the park with not one — not two — but THREE V.I.P. Tour Guides. That’s a whole army; are they standing in some kind of triangle formation to block celebrities from all angles?! We have questions.

We may not have reached celebrity status quite yet, but we do know a thing or two about the life of a celebrity on vacation at Disney World. Thanks to our team of former Cast Members (and personal experience on a V.I.P. Tour), we know alllll the top-secret locations that regular guests don’t have access to in Disney World. Can ya keep a secret?
Club 33 Lounge
Club 33 is one of the most exclusive clubs at Disney. Even if you have the money to join (memberships cost THOUSANDS of dollars each year), Disney doesn’t just hand out invitations to anyone with a checkbook. There’s a BIG waitlist to join, so unless you happen to be best friends with Bob Iger himself, you might have to wait for a spot on the coveted Club 33 invite list. Someday!

Club 33 Mosaic Logo
Club 33 started in 1967 as a dining location where Disney hosted celebrities, dignitaries, and friends. It’s like the inner sanctum of the Disney parks! According to D23 and The Walt Disney Archives, the club gets its name from its address at Disneyland Resort — 33 Royal Street. The main Club 33 lounge is located in Disneyland, but there are outposts in Disney World and Tokyo Disneyland, too. See this nondescript building in Adventureland? That’s a secret Club 33 destination!

Adventureland Club 33 Location
Now, it’s not exactly like Disney publishes a list of all its Club 33 members for the whole world to see, but it’s safe to say that some major Disney celebrities likely have access to the Club 33 locations worldwide.
Here’s Exactly How Much It Costs to be a Club 33 Member in Disneyland
Backstage
Here’s the thing. If you’re a major celebrity, you probably want a little privacy on vacation. Sure, we’ve seen actors, actresses, models, and sports stars wandering the parks with their V.I.P. escorts, but often, celebrities will duck backstage to get from place to place.

Lots of spaces are off-limits to regular guests!
See that green door to the right of that big gate? That will take you backstage to a restricted area exclusively for Cast Members and V.I.P. guests. Instead of trekking through the World Showcase, celebrities have a personal chauffeur who will drive them to different sections of the park. The same thing happens in all four parks!

Shh! It’s a SECRET!
This way, celebrities don’t have to worry about being swarmed by fans. It’s a lot quieter backstage!
Cinderella Castle (and the famous Stage)
As much as we’d LOVE to dance around on the stage in front of the Cinderella Castle…that place is off-limits.

Let us in!!!!
Unless you’re a world-famous artist participating in the Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade, you probably won’t get too close to this stage. In the past, we’ve spotted Sir Elton John, Derek Hough, Julianne Hough, Kristin Chenoweth, Darren Criss, and so many other artists performing in front of the castle for the holiday season. It’s pretty magical!

Getting ready for the holidays
The rest of the year, the stage is reserved for Mickey and his pals as they perform in Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire.

V.I.P.s only!
But how do celebrities get to the stage? Well, they have special backstage access INSIDE Cinderella Castle! Talk about a top-secret location. Now, all we have to do to get on that stage is learn the choreography for the show and get ourselves a job as a dancer, right? Who wants to hold the camera for our audition tape?
