Disney's NEW Tiki Mug Will Make Your Day WAY Better – or at Least Improve Your Drinking Experience

Disney makes a lot of VIRAL souvenirs. Most recently, those adorable character headbands SOLD OUT in no time. And who could forget the iconic rose gold trend that started it all? Often, we see new souvenirs inspired by special events and celebrations, like The Matterhorn’s 65th Anniversary! With such an impressive milestone, Disney better give us some EXTRA special new merchandise, right?

Well, fear not. Disney did not disappoint! Wait until you see the NEW Matterhorn souvenir coming soon. It’s going to be POPULAR; trust us.

OK, so back on June 1st, Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar at the Disneyland Hotel debuted a sweet Coconut-Pineapple Dole Whip in a brand-new Matterhorn Bobsleds 65th Anniversary souvenir cup. We gave it a try, and you can read our full thoughts in our latest review! And as much as we liked our cute little souvenir cup, we were hoping for something else. This is Trader Sam’s, after all. We want a tiki mug!

Coconut-Pineapple Dole Whip

Well, good news. Look what we spotted! The Matterhorn 65th Anniversary Abominable Snowman Mug is coming SOON! In fact, you will be able to pick one up via mobile order ONLY on June 20th on the Disneyland app. This souvenir comes with a Coconut-Pineapple DOLE Whip.

Once you’re on the Disneyland app, make sure to go to the Trader Sam’s Mug Release listing. The mobile order will open as early as 6AM PST on June 20th, so get READY!

Here’s a preview of the back. Wanna know the best part? The artist, Doug P’Gosh, will be available for signings on June 20th! He will be signing from 9AM to 12PM and 1PM to 4PM PST.

The arrival window for designated pickup will be between 8AM to 5PM PST. Be warned, Disney fans. Trader Sam’s mugs tend to sell out QUICKLY, and there’s a limit of two per order while supplies last. We have a feeling that this one could be as elusive as the Abominable Snowman himself.
