2 New Snacks Are Coming Soon to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disney World!

Calling all our food friends all across the galaxy! We have exciting news coming from Docking Bay 7!

Docking Bay 7 is the main quick service location in Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and it has a lot of interesting, unique eats for guests to enjoy. While that means it’s often not the greatest choice for picky eaters, adventurous eaters have a field day here! The menu is about to change, though as two new offerings are being added soon!

Disney has announced that two new eats are coming to Docking Bay 7 in Hollywood Studios on June 3rd! The first is the Black Spire Mousse, a new dessert that is made of white chocolate jogan fruit mousse atop a brownie pistachio brittle served with blue milk sauce, pineapple cream, and hibiscus sponge topped with a chocolate Black Spire coin.

The other snack coming to the restaurant is the Felucian Falafel and Hummus Garden Spread, which is chickpea falafel, roasted beet hummus, and beet-tomato-cucumber relish topped with garlic toum sauce. It is served with a grilled pita.

Some plant-based eaters are concerned that the Felucian Falafel and Hummus Garden Spread will replace the current Kefta plant-based offering, but Disney has not confirmed or denied if these new offerings mean any current menu items are going away.

Additionally, these new offerings have only been announced for Hollywood Studios, and there’s no word yet on if we’ll also see them arrive at Docking Bay 7 in Disneyland’s Galaxy’s Edge.

Also in Galaxy’s Edge, you’ll find Ronto Roasters, another quick service location that’s most known for their breakfast and lunch Ronto Wraps. You can also stop by the Milk Stand to grab that iconic Blue and Green Milk, but just remember, it’s not for everyone! Both of these locations have little to no seating though, unlike Docking Bay 7, so keep that in mind as you’re planning out your day.
