Popular Budget Airline Announces $46 Flights to Disney World!

And, most of the time, that starts out before you even make it to Orlando. No matter how you get to the Most Magical Place on Earth, we can all probably agree that it isn’t always cheap or easy. But, a new flight route just might be the solution to your problems!

Avelo Airlines just kicked off nonstop service between Orlando (MCO) and Miami (MIA) on April 24th! This makes Avelo the only low-fare airline to offer nonstop service between Central Florida and Miami.

The new seasonal route between Orlando and Miami will begin on June 7th and will operate on Fridays and Sundays through August 18th, utilizing Boeing Next-Generation 737 aircraft. One-way fares between MCO and MIA start at $46 — which is technically cheaper than the Orlando Brightline Train, and travel time could even be around the same length.

And, while flight time may technically be “faster” and the flights cheaper than using the Brightline Train between Miami and Orlando, you’ll still have to deal with getting to the airport well before you actually need to leave. Part of the beauty of Brightline is that you can arrive 20 minutes before the train, security takes 30 seconds, and boarding and getting off the train take 5 minutes max.

Not only that, but Brightline runs just about every hour so you have so much flexibility in your route. There are also environmental factors to consider as well. But, it’s another way to get to Disney World quickly depending on where you’re coming from!
