Okay, okay, we KNOW it’s still spring, but this is the time of year when we start getting excited about Halloween in Disney World.

Why? Well, this is the time of year we start learning more about the Halloween season in Disney World, and it won’t be much longer before we start getting details about this year’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and start celebrating Halfway to Halloween. Now, we have a BIG CLUE about something that will be returning to Disney World this Halloween.

We like to take a look at Disney World’s casting notices to see what kinds of entertainment jobs Disney is currently offering. That usually gives us some insight into future entertainment at the parks. A NEW casting notice just appeared, and Disney is looking for vocalists for this year’s Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, the exclusive stage show at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

So that’s pretty much confirmation that this show will return to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this year. The Hocus Pocus Villain Spectacular follows the Sanderson Sisters as they return to the mortal world just for Halloween. With just a few hours to create their mischief, they use their magic to throw a Halloween party with some of Disney’s most iconic villains.

The show runs several times during each party on the stage in front of Cinderella Castle, so if you’re planning on going to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, you’ll want to make sure NOT to miss it. It’s SO much fun.
