For a lot of folks, booking flights is one of the most DREADED aspects of planning a vacation.

It’s expensive, can be confusing, and that’s only the beginning. It doesn’t include the drive to the airport, checking your bags, making it through security, and then finally boarding the plane. Oh, and then there are always delays and cancellations that you have to consider. Yikes. Well, one airline is making it EASIER to fly with them. Here’s how!
American Airlines shared that they have placed an order for TONS of new aircraft!

The order includes 260 NEW aircraft with 85 Airbus A321neo, 85 Boeing 737 MAX 10, and 90 Embraer E175 aircraft. American has also upgraded 30 of their existing 737 MAX 8 orders to 737 MAX 10 aircraft.

While this expansion is meant to support growth of the airline overall, American Airlines CEO Robert Isom says that it can also expand premium seating.

“These orders will continue to fuel our fleet with newer, more efficient aircraft so we can continue to deliver the best network and record-setting operational reliability for our customers,” Isom said. So, it could get easier to snag better seating. Which could make it much easier to travel since it’ll be newer and comfier.
