Disney just announced that a NEW restaurant area is coming to Downtown Disney in Disneyland Resort!

We already knew about the Paseo and Céntrico restaurant that will be located in the spot currently occupied by Catal & Uva Bar, but now Disney has announced that there will also be a quick service location in this area.
Disney revealed that the new Paseo and Céntrico restaurant will also have a location called Tiendita! All three locations have menus created by Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán. Tiendita will offer “Chef Gaytán’s Mexican heritage flavors on-the-go, with quick-service Mexican street-food staples.”

Paseo is the full restaurant, with the upstairs dining room, while Céntrico is the bar area in the courtyard on the first floor. According to The Orange County Register, the bar area will have a “high-end Mexican-inspired small plate menu” with a menu featuring “tequila-based cocktails.”

Paseo and Céntrico are expected to open in Downtown Disney this year.
