NEWS: The Gingerbread Display at Disney's BoardWalk Resort Is Officially Complete!

Disney World’s gingerbread displays continue to be completed as we get closer to the holidays!

Six resort hotels and EPCOT each get their own festive gingerbread display! We’ve seen a few be completed already but now another one has been added to the done list. Let’s check out the gingerbread bakery over at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn!

The BoardWalk Inn brings back their annual gingerbread display in the shape of the BoardWalk Deli. This year’s sculpture is simply amazing.

The gingerbread deli looks impeccable from a distance, but once you look up close you get a sense of the painstaking details that are truly breathtaking. If you zoom in on the bakery window, you’ll see a famous mouse couple making some delicious treats. Seriously, notice the details inside this room!

The treats all baked up look incredibly genuine. The level of detail at which the chefs created these sculptures is unlike any other holiday decoration.

And if you scope out the little bakery, you’re sure to find several of the over 100 hidden Mickeys!

Many are more obvious, but you have to look at the tiniest details to find them all. And for an added treat, every hour, on the hour, a cuckoo clock goes off presenting Orange Bird!

We talked to a Cast Member who helped with this display and he told us that he and his wife (who works on the display at Disney’s Contemporary Resort) both add names of loved ones and people they know into the displays. So keep your eyes out for those fun Cast Member nods.
