Disneyland Paris might be celebrating its 30th anniversary, but the magic doesn’t stop there! We have some exciting news about upcoming changes to Storybook Land!

Sleeping Beauty Castle in Disneyland Paris
Two new additions and a refurbishment are coming to this Disney park. Grab your passport and come with us to find out more!
Once upon a time in Storybook Land, Le Pays des Contes de Fées was created. It has gone on many voyages and continues to take 15 guests, at a time, on a gentle boat cruise through charming landscapes that feature classic, miniature Disney villages and homes for guests to spot on their adventure. Sightings include the Beast’s castle from Beauty and the Beast, Rapunzel’s high tower from Tangled, and the Cave of Wonders from Aladdin.

Disneyland Paris’ classic attraction will be getting a facelift and TWO NEW scenes added to the lineup in 2024. These additions will be inspired by Frozen and Winnie the Pooh.
First up, we have Elsa’s Ice Palace and the majestic North Mountain from Frozen. Imagineers are working closely with Disneyland Paris Central Shops to create a mini version of these famous tundra-esque landscapes. Guests will also be able to spot Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Kristoff, and Sven as they make their way to Wandering Oaken’s Trading Post. Yoo Hoo!

The second mini-land will be from Winnie the Pooh. As the boat goes through its enchanted forests, guests will catch a glimpse of the 100-acre Wood, featuring Pooh’s treehouse. Based on the concept art, there appears to be a “Poohsticks” bridge not far from our favorite “rumbly tumbly” bear’s home.

In addition to these two new landscapes, Le Pays des Contes de Fées will also undergo a complete refurbishment over the next year.
