We LOVE This Hidden SECRET in Disney World’s Newest Grand Floridian Hotel Rooms

There is a LOT of work being done on Disney World hotels right now.

Disney’s BoardWalk is in the process of getting new rooms, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is getting some brand new Disney Vacation Club villas too. Disney’s Grand Floridian also has NEW rooms, but there’s a detail in these rooms that you might have missed out on.

We’ve already given you a tour of these new DVC rooms at the Grand Floridian, which are Mary Poppins-themed. You can see that theme in the rooms’ artwork, as well as in some details around the room. These rooms are resort studio rooms.

As you can see, each room has a beautiful chandelier hanging from the ceiling.

So let’s take a closer look at those chandeliers. At first glance, it might seem that each glass bulb is shaped to look like some birds.

All regular birds, right?

BUT…take another look. ONE of those bulbs is actually shaped like a penguin — as in Mary Poppins DANCING penguins!

It’s just one bulb, though, so you could totally miss it if you’re not looking for it. It’s just another example of the level of thought that goes into all the details in everything at Disney World, even something that’s just meant to light a room.
