Disney’s Contemporary Resort

There are quite a few restaurants that offer brunch in Disney World, but sometimes secret or limited-time brunches pop up at popular spots to celebrate special occasions. That’s exactly what’s happening over at Disney’s Contemporary Resort for 1 specific day.

Steakhouse 71 has offered brunch on select occasions in the past, like Easter and Mother’s Day, and now their limited-time brunch is coming BACK!

This Mother’s Day (May 14th) Steakhouse 71 will serve up a special Mother’s Day brunch, but it’ll ONLY be available for that day so you’ll want to plan those visits carefully.

During brunch, you’ll be able to grab some dishes from a special menu that’ll include:

• Floridian Eggs Benedict: Two poached eggs and a crab cake with hollandaise atop toasted English muffins served with breakfast potatoes
• Bacon & Eggs: Maple-lacquered pork belly, smoked cheese grits, and an egg
• Brunch-exclusive(!!) Hummingbird Bread Pudding featuring pineapple, banana, and coconut bread pudding with candied pecans, salted caramel, and cream cheese ice cream
• Walt’s Prime Rib Hash: Seared prime rib, fried potatoes, caramelized onions, and peppers topped with a fried egg
• French Onion Soup: Rich beef broth, crouton, gratinée cheese

Brunch hours for the day are listed as 7:30AM to 2PM.

The fried egg wasn’t too runny, so it depends on your preference.
