Disney is teaming up with lululemon for Health and Wellness Month! If downward dog or tree pose sounds like your kind of exercise, look no further than Disney Springs. It might be exactly what you need to start your morning before a long day of walking in the parks.

On March 17th, lululemon will be hosting an outdoor yoga session from 9:15AM to 10:15AM outside Ever After Jewelry in Disney Springs. It is requested you arrive 15 minutes early with your own yoga mat and water bottle. This event is free of charge, but has limited space so be sure to secure your spot here!

If you’re not a yoga master already, a limited number of yoga mats will also be available for purchase at the lululemon retail location in Disney Springs. This might be the perfect opportunity to get in some much-needed relaxation time during your vacation.
