Walmart Will Release RANCH-Flavored …checks notes ICE CREAM?

Here at DFB, we are always looking for new styles of ice cream to try around the Disney parks.

Swirls on the Water

Salt & Straw in Disney Springs has fun new flavors every month (we’re looking at you, Lucky Charms ice cream!), Swirls on the Water in Disney Springs recently released a Shamrock Cone, and Vivoli il Gelato currently has a pistachio gelato-filled DONUT on the menu. But sometimes we get ice cream news so bizarre, we have to share it — even when it’s not at a Disney park. Buckle up, folks, because an ice cream flavor is coming to a store near you, and it tastes like SALAD DRESSING.

That’s right, Hidden Valley and Van Leeuwen Ice Cream shared on Instagram that they are releasing Ranch Ice Cream in honor of National Ranch Day (apparently that’s also a thing… ).

Starting on March 20th, 2023, Walmart will be releasing this flavor and an entire collection from Van Leeuwen Ice Cream in stores around the county. (And in case you heard of the infamous Mac and Cheese ice cream, that came from this same company.) The brand will be sharing the other flavors on its Instagram soon, so if this has caught your attention, stay tuned for the full lineup!

If you’re a serious Ranch dressing devotee, you might want to try out this new flavor. And be sure to let us know how it tastes, because we’re not sure if we’ll be brave enough to try it!
