It seems like it’s been ages since Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. (the gift shop by Space Mountain in Tomorrowland) had its sign.

The Magic Kingdom store has been going under a bit of a revamp lately, and it’s been closed for several weeks now. We’ve been diligently checking each day for any changes, and today we weren’t disappointed!
Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. finally has a new sign! This is the gift shop adjacent to Space Mountain and is where you could previously find merchandise for the attraction as well as other space-themed items (before it shut down for refurbishment, that is).

There’s still a portion of the façade that is covered, but now we can see some pretty snazzy new decorations! Below the clock feature, there’s a skyline of Tomorrowland that includes several of the area’s attractions. The clock itself has lightning bolts for hands but doesn’t appear to be ticking at the moment.

The new mural and sign are part of the area’s refurbishment for the opening of TRON Lightcycle / Run. We can’t see the entire mural yet but we’re willing to bet TRON is included! We’ve also seen what appears to be a new snack kiosk near the attraction, as well as a brand-new Tomorrowland sign at the exit of TRON. It’s interesting to see all of the new changes coming to Tomorrowland, so stay tuned to our site for more updates!
