The Polite Pig
Disney Springs is the shopping and dining district in Disney World, and you don’t need a park ticket to visit. It’s full of fantastic restaurants, both Disney-themed and non-Disney gift shops, and even a few attractions. We tried a new pistachio drink recently, and there are some cool new desserts to check out too. But now, one popular restaurant has a new special you’ve gotta know about!
The Polite Pig is one of the most popular counter-service restaurants in Disney Springs, and this spot just introduced its new Chef Special — The Polite Pot Pie!
This is a classic twist on pot pie. It’s made with smoked chicken thigh and bacon, blistered poblano pepper, and roasted corn in a creamy homemade chicken gravy, crusted with cornbread batter and drizzled with hot honey glaze. You can get it with a cucumber and radish salad, which is tossed in a lemon and rosemary vinaigrette.
