Even with just a week until Christmas Eve, Disney hasn’t slowed down with their special holiday deals for anyone who needs last-minute gift ideas. Time is also running out to grab special holiday treats and drinks around the property. The closer the holiday gets means the busier Disney World gets, which is why if you’re heading into Disney Springs this weekend — BEWARE!

The holiday crowds have certainly begun in Disney Springs because WOW it was people-y today!

Now that holiday break has started (or is starting soon) for many kids, families are starting their vacations this weekend and flooding into Disney World. Not only that but there may be many locals looking to experience the holiday offerings or do some last-minute shopping.

We noticed as the day went on that Disney Springs got busier and busier — if you are set on visiting this weekend, we recommend coming earlier in the day.

Here’s a look at the crowds in action. If you want to catch a break from the crowds, consider either grabbing a reservation for a table service restaurant where you can sit and relax for a bit (if reservations are available anywhere) or you can walk up to a restaurant and see if they have any availability.

If anything, we expect the crowds to GROW from this all around Disney this week, especially on the weekends, so prepare yourselves ahead of time! Make sure you’re up to date on all the menu changes and price increases from November and if you’re looking for a holiday happening, get tickets for breakfast with Santa!
