We just kicked off the Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure, and there are all kinds of delicious eats to try!

Viva Navidad!

We visited a variety of food booths, checked out the entertainment offerings, and enjoyed a lot of festival fun on the opening days, but now it’s time to talk about a new drink option that we tried — the Caramel Toffee Horchata Cold Brew.

At the Pacific Wharf Cappuccino Cart, you can find the Caramel Toffee Horchata Cold Brew for $7.25. It certainly looks festive!

According to Disney, it’s a “house-made rice and cinnamon beverage flavored with toffee and finished with whipped topping, caramel drizzle, and toffee.” Unfortunately, the taste wasn’t as delicious as the ingredients list led us to believe. The strongest flavor was cinnamon, which we found to be a tad overwhelming.

We got hints of caramel and toffee with a whipped cream aftertaste. We probably wouldn’t order this one again, instead choosing the Churro Toffee Cold Brew.
