One of the best places to get a snack or treat in Disney World is not in the park at all — it’s Disney Springs! This location has TONS of restaurants, including one that has some of our favorite ice cream EVER.

Yep — we’re talking about Salt & Straw! This ice cream shop features bold flavor combinations, with some flavors teetering on the edge of downright strange. However, we usually enjoy even the weirdest options on the menu here. Now there are NEW flavors for September — check them out here.
Salt & Straw has some flavors that stick around all year, but they also switch out their monthly menu with new options. The monthly menu for September brings in all kinds of fall vibes. Here’s the line-up of flavors:
- Spiced Goat Cheese Pumpkin Pie
- Beecher’s Flagship Cheese w/ Apple Pie Cinnamon Rolls
- Caramel Apple Sherbet
- Pinot Poached Pear Sherbet
- Plum & Chocolate Hazelnut Shortbread (v)

These options are available now at Salt & Straw in Disneyland and Disney World. You can also have the ice cream shipped to your house — order for nationwide shipping on the Salt & Straw website.
Ready for new flavors?
Even if none of those flavors strike your fancy, remember that there are some full-time options on the menu such as Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons, Chocolate Gooey Brownie, Honey Lavendar, and Strawberry Honey Balsamic with Black Pepper.
