Grab your little chairs and pull them into your own little corners because some huge Cinderella news is coming in HOT.

Back in 2021, Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella (a.k.a. Brandy’s Cinderella) FINALLY came to the Disney+ streaming service (and the world rejoiced!). Then we cried our eyes out watching the Cinderella cast reunite. Now it seems like it’s time to grab those tissues again because an anniversary special for this fabulous movie is coming soon!

The ABC Network Twitter account posted a HUGE announcement! The cast of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella will be reuniting for a 25th Anniversary special called Cinderella: The Reunion, a Special Edition of 20/20. (COLLECTIVE SCREAM 😱 !!)

The special will air on ABC on Tuesday, August 23rd at 8PM ET (7PM CT) and will be followed by an airing of the film on TV. Watch the video announcement below and get ready for all the feels.

Alright, folks, it looks like it is time to plan a full-on princess-inspired watch party. We don’t make the rules! 😂
