Disney's NEW Candle Smells JUST Like Avatar: Flight of Passage! Get It Online!

We’ve all got a favorite Disney World ride, right? But do y’all also have a favorite Disney World ride SMELL?

There are some iconic ride smells out there, like the musty smell in Pirates of the Caribbean or the scent of the orange groves in Soarin’. Taking a big ol’ whiff in some of our favorite attractions just brings a flood of nostalgia and happiness. Now, Disney has a way for you to experience that at home for one of the most popular rides in the parks!

For years, we begged Disney World to PLEASE make Disney-scented candles. There are 3rd party sellers out there who have ride- and hotel-scented candles, but we couldn’t understand why Disney didn’t have their own line. But over the last few months, they have FINALLY started selling official Disney candles!

We’ve spotted all kinds of candles in the parks now, from Winnie the Pooh-themed ones to Haunted Mansion scents. And many of these candles are available online, too! That’s true for one of Disney’s newest additions to their candle line, and we couldn’t be more excited about it. This is Disney’s Pandora — The World of Avatar candle!

You might be thinking, “Pandora isn’t a ride in Disney World!” And you’d be right. It’s actually a land in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. But within that land is the very popular Avatar: Flight of Passage ride, which was the inspiration for this candle’s scent! Specifically, Disney says that the “scent is a replica of the aroma from Avatar Flight of Passage at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.” 😮

If you’ve been on Flight of Passage, you probably already know what smell they’re talking about. And if you’re a big fan of the ride, you’ll be happy to know that you can buy this candle both in Disney World and online! It costs $27.99 on shopDisney. If the ride’s popularity is any indication, these candles might sell out FAST, so we recommend getting yours ASAP.

The single-wick candle has a stone container with a lid, and there are scenes from Pandora all around the sides. It came out in honor of the Pandora land’s 5-year anniversary in Animal Kingdom, which was on May 27th of this year. We previously saw the candle in Disney World, but now you can buy it online as well!
