Back in 2020, Disney announced that Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story would be getting his own movie. Ever since then we’ve been patiently (okay, maybe not-so patiently) waiting for Lightyear to be released.

In February, Disney released the first full trailer for the movie, and today, they released another sneak peek at Lightyear.
Today, Disney shared a second full trailer for Lightyear that’s even longer than the first one! While the first trailer seemed to set the scene for the movie, this second trailer establishes more of the plot and introduces us to more characters! You can watch it here:
Did anyone else get goosebumps? No? Just us? Okay. In this trailer we get to see Buzz interact with more characters and we start to get a better understanding of some of the plot. Plus, we get to see more of Sox, the robot cat who is seriously adorable. In addition to a new trailer, Disney also shared a new poster for the movie.

Lightyear is supposed to be the movie that Andy watched that made him want the Buzz Lightyear toy so badly. It’s a sci-fi action movie about Buzz Lightyear trying to get home after he’s stranded on a hostile planet 4.2 million light-years from Earth.
