Tired of Carrying Your Banshee Around ALL DAY? Disney World Has a Solution.

It’s hard to believe that there is still so much missing from Disney World nearly two years after its reopening.

You still can’t ship your purchases to the front of the park or to your hotel

We still haven’t seen the return of Minnie Vans (although Disney has confirmed they’ll return soon). Some entertainment has not yet come back. The Disney Dining Plan is still MIA. And the service that Disney used to offer that would allow you to send your purchases directly to either the front of the park or to your hotel is still gone.

However, there is at least ONE purchase you can make at Disney World that you won’t have to lug around the park with you all day. If you happen to visit Windtraders in Pandora at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, an item you buy there can be held at the store until the end of the day.

That item is one of the colorful banshees that you can purchase there. We spoke to a Cast Member who told us that if you buy a banshee, you can ask the store to hold it there for you until the end of the day — but note that you have to pick it up by 7:30PM.

These banshees have authentic sounds, along with three ranges of motion — you can move their mouth, head, and wings with your hand. They come in a variety of colors — so you just have to choose which one you want to adopt (aka purchase). When you make your purchase, just ask the Cast Member to hold it for you at the store, and be sure to drop by the store before you leave the park (or before 7:30PM) to pick it up!
