At DFB, we’re not afraid to admit it: we’re theme park nerds. From ride tech to lighting, IAAPA covers it ALL!
The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (or IAAPA for short) hosts a HUGE expo where amusement park professionals come to show off the latest tech, attractions, and more. Now, we know the dates for the 2022 IAAPA Expo; let’s take a look!
The IAAPA Expo is a huge trade show event for the attractions industry. Guests can come to the expo to meet industry professionals while learning about upcoming projects and experiencing the latest innovations. Think of it like the ultimate place for all theme park people to get together and show off their stuff!

This year, the IAAPA Expo is set to happen from November 15th to November 18th, 2022. Tickets aren’t on sale quite yet, but now’s the time to start planning (and saving!).

The event happens in two parts. First, there’s the conference, which takes place from November 14th to November 17th. Then, there’s the trade show, which runs from November 15th to November 18th. Keep in mind that the dates are subject to change.
