Who Survived Round 3 of Our Disney World Festival of the Holidays FOOD FACE-OFF?

Happy Festival of the Holidays! This year’s EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays is well underway and we’ve talked about what we consider what’s the best of the fest, but now we want to know what YOU think are the best treats!

That’s why we’ve been asking our readers to vote over on our Instagram page for what they consider the best Festival of the Holidays treats! Today, we’ve got the results from Round Three of our Festival of the Holidays Bracket. Let’s dive in!

Our first matchup features the Chocolate Crinkle Cookie from the American Holiday Kitchen Booth, which is a favorite of ours and has a nice piece of Dove Chocolate on top…

…and the Snickers-Doodle Cookie from the Yukon Holiday Kitchen Booth, which is a Snickerdoodle with a Snickers crumble on top (get it? GET IT?!)! We weren’t as impressed by this cookie as the Crinkle.

In this battle of the cookies, it seems you all agree! The Crinkle Cookie was the champ! Despite featuring the combo of a classic cookie and a classic candy bar, the Snickers-Doodle couldn’t win.

In the next face-off, we’ve got the Bomboloni alla Cioccolato-Nocciola, which are Italian doughnuts stuffed with chocolate-hazelnut spread and topped with powdered sugar from the Tuscany Holiday Kitchen Booth…

…and the Mini Pumpkin Pie Funnel Cake from the Funnel Cake Kiosk in the American Adventure Pavilion! This one is a pumpkin funnel cake topped with pumpkin ice cream, whipped cream, caramel, and graham cracker crumbles.

SHOCKING TWIST! While we liked the Bomboloni, we LOVED the funnel cake The Bomboloni was the winner in this battle! Much like the Crinkle Cookie, the Bomboloni won by a pretty significant margin!

Now that we’ve seen some sweet treats, let’s switch over to something more savory! In the battle of savory treats, we’ve got the Cheese Fondue in a Bread Bowl with Steamed Baby Vegetables and Marble Potatoes from the Bavaria Holiday Kitchen Booth…

…and the Tamal de Barbacoa, which is shredded barbacoa beef in a corn masa topped with ranchera sauce, queso cotija, and crema Mexicana, from the Las Posadas Holiday Kitchen!

The Cheese Fondue won with a whopping 66% of the vote! Although the Tamal De Barbacoa is a tasty treat, it couldn’t beat a big ol’ bowl of cheese. Sorry, but we feel that!

For the final match-up of Round Three, we’ve got sweet versus savory! This is a tough one! From the Chestnuts & Good Cheer Booth, we’ve got the Cinnamon-glazed Pecans going up against…

…the Ravioli from the Tuscany Holiday Kitchen, which is Shrimp ravioli in scampi sauce with white wine, garlic, lemon zest, and parsley!

In a close margin of 3%, the Shrimp Ravioli just barely won against the Cinnamon-Glazed Nuts! Tuscany Holiday Kitchen stays alive for another round.
