HOLD UP. Disney World Just Dropped MONORAIL Ears!

When Disney World comes out with a new set of Mickey or Minnie ears, it’s big news.

Minnie Ears!

Lately, Disney’s track record with new ears has been very mixed. We found some of the prettiest ears of all time at the Norway pavilion in EPCOT, but we also spotted some ears that looked like they’d been made out of our grandmother’s couch material. But we just spotted even MORE new ears, and we think these definitely belong in the “win” category.

Remember how Disney’s Contemporary Resort got some BIG glow-ups recently? Some guest rooms got Incredibles-themed makeovers, the lobby got a re-vamp, and the old Wave restaurant became the luxurious and delicious Steakhouse 71.

So what does all that have to do with the newest set of Mickey ears? Well, these ears are Contemporary-themed! They come with a blue and red headband and have Mickey Mouse on the front of one ear and his sweetheart, Minnie Mouse on the front of the other.

How cute are these?!

And the best part? Across the top, there’s a Monorail! So it basically looks like the Monorail is riding across your head. Who wouldn’t want that??

Then on the backside, there’s a 50th Anniversary logo and the phrase “All aboard the highway in the sky.” It doesn’t get much more “classic Disney World” than that, folks!

What a perfect tribute.

The Contemporary is a Monorail resort, so this is the perfect way to represent the hotel (which might be one of your faves!) while you’re in the parks. You can grab these ears at Bayview Gifts (located in Disney’s Contemporary Resort) for $39.99.
