Good’s Food To Go

And there is SO much going on, y’all. We don’t even know where to start! But, we’re going to begin with our absolute favorite thing — FOOD! Because there are a ton of new food items and snacks at Disney World in honor of the celebration, we’re trying a LOT of them out — you know, for science (okay, really it’s because we love to eat).

So, where has our 50th anniversary culinary journey taken us? We’re headed over to Good’s Food To Go at Disney’s Old Key West Resort to try out the 50th Celebration Cupcake. The Vanilla Cupcake is made with Blackberry Sauce, White Chocolate Mousse, a White Chocolate Surprise, and Vanilla Buttercream with Dark Chocolate Mickey Ears and Cocoa Butter Spray to finish. Sounds amazing, right?

Since there’s a lot of chocolate treats for the 50th anniversary and pumpkin spice for Fall, the Blackberry Sauce in the 50th Celebration Cupcake was a great addition to the treat! However, we would have loved some more of it to balance with the amount of chocolate in the dessert.

A Sweet Treat

Regardless, though, our favorite part of the 50th Celebration Cupcake was the white chocolate mousse that was cool and fluffy, paired with the moist cake. While the flavors are more on the simple side, they blend together to make each bite sweet and cohesive.

Plus, the White Chocolate Surprise with EXTRA sprinkles in the middle really does make this cupcake unique for the 50th anniversary (and it’s super entertaining for your kiddos)!
