Hello, DFB friends! We’re here with more of what’s new at Magic Kingdom.
Cinderella Castle
We’ve been seeing more and more 50th anniversary statues pop up, new Cinderella wreaths, and even a favorite treat return. Now we have another 50th anniversary item to share and more progress toward Disney launching the Genie+ program!
This time we have news to share about a new popcorn box and more lightning lanes added.
Magic Kingdom Food Update
In Fantasyland, we found a new 50th Anniversary popcorn box! The new boxes have images of all four Disney Parks icons, including Cinderella Castle, Tower of Terror, the Tree of Life, and Spaceship Earth.

There are also silhouettes of favorite Disney characters featured on the box on a dark blue background. Can you spot the teeny tiny 50 icon on Cinderella Castle?

Magic Kingdom Construction Updates
In front of the Magic Kingdom Train Station, there’s now a new 50th anniversary topiary display, starring Mickey, Minnie, and a birthday cake!
It’s a party!
Now every time you enter Magic Kingdom you’ll remember that it’s Disney World’s 50th birthday this year!

And Lightning Lanes continue to pop up at Magic Kingdom rides, with three new ones placed in Tomorrowland, including at Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin…

Magic Kingdom Merchandise Update
Today at Crystal Arts on Main Street, U.S.A., you can pre-order the new 50th anniversary tiara! This tiara should be available sometime in mid-November, and guests can order it to be shipped to their homes for an additional fee.

The tiara is gold with tons of sparkly crystals, and for $85, you can be a 50th anniversary Disney Princess!
