If you’re wondering what’s new at EPCOT, then you’ve come to the right place!

Since our last update, we’ve spotted some new developments in the construction of a highly-anticipated thrill ride, plus a couple of new snacks in celebration of World Princess Week! Let’s dive in and catch up on the latest happenings at EPCOT.

EPCOT Food Updates

Morocco Pavilion

We spotted a couple of treats around World Showcase for World Princess Week! First up is a gorgeous Mosaic Cookie with Apricot Jam featuring Jasmine in the Morocco Pavilion.

We’ve tried the Mosaic Cookie in the past as part of Oasis Sweets & Sips‘ Assorted Moroccan Pastries; this appears to be the same cookie with just a little added embellishment of Princess Jasmine for the Ultimate Princess Celebration. If you’re looking to try a variety of snacks all at once, the pastries cost $2.50 each, or you can get three for $6.50, five for $11, or seven for $15.

Norway Pavilion

Over in the Norway Pavilion, guests can try out the Sisters Cookie for just $3.79 (that’s right, a snack that’s under $5!). This cookie, featuring Anna and Elsa, is a Sugar Cookie with Chocolate Ganache.

If you’re looking for more Frozen-inspired treats this week, Sunshine Seasons is serving up a Sisters Cupcake! There are plenty of other princess-themed snacks around Disney World in celebration of World Princess Week, so be sure to try them before they disappear!

EPCOT Construction Updates

One of the most highly anticipated attractions coming to Disney World has got to be Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind! We’ve been keeping a close watch on the construction progress happening on this ride, and we have a few pics to share with you today! It looks like work is coming along, and we even spotted some crew members working on the ride as we passed by.

While we were riding the Monorail, we got a great view of some of the additional construction projects happening around Future World in EPCOT.

As of this writing, Disney has not announced when Cosmic Rewind is scheduled to open, but we’re hoping for some exciting updates sometime in 2022!

Pin Traders

We found a new pin over at Pin Traders that you Star Wars fans will want to check out! This fun Creatures Pin is double-sided, with a Loth-cat poking out on the right…
