Disney World’s newest resort hotel, The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, is set to open this July! While reservations are currently available for bookings beginning this September, we’ve been keeping an eye on any and all updates from the third Swan and Dolphin hotel to open on property.

We stopped by the future site of the Swan Reserve today to check out the latest construction progress! Let’s take a look at how things are coming along.
While we wait for the hotel to officially open later this year, we can get a great view of the construction taking place in the meantime.

We noticed crews actively working on the hotel during our visit!
Work continues on the Swan Reserve!
Once completed, the Swan Reserve will offer more than 300 guest rooms and stunning views of Disney World! Those floor-to-ceiling windows sure look lovely!

We were able to check out a couple of different angles around the hotel’s property. There weren’t any major differences in what we could spot from the outside since our last construction update.

It looks like some of the finishing touches are coming along nicely, but we’re still at least several weeks away from any guests being able to actually check in at the Swan Reserve.
