There is no doubt that St. Patrick’s day is in full swing over at Disney World today.

Most people celebrate this little holiday by wearing something green to work and maybe grabbing a green beer. But, not Disney! Green has taken over the food scene! So far we’ve tried green margaritas, green donuts, and green coffee — and that’s just today! Next up our tour of St. Patty’s Day treats is taking us over to Disney Springs!

We stopped into Amorette’s Patisserie and found a pastry that might de-throne the donut we tried over at Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew! The “Pot O Gold” Cream Puff is pretty much everything you might expect to find at the end of a rainbow, but better because it’s edible. It is a chocolate cream puff, filled with Irish cream white chocolate mousse, and whiskey caramel sauce.

The top is garnished with chocolate crisp pearls and sour candy rainbow. And, it’s those little details that really make this treat extra special!

After the little St. Patrick’s Day photo shoot we took this guy on, we sat down to eat and found it really enjoyable overall! The Irish cream white chocolate mousse and whiskey caramel sauce complimented each other really well and the candies on top added a great bite! We chose to enjoy the rainbow sour candy on its own between bites of the puff and thought that it was a fun added bonus!

The cream puff wasn’t overwhelmingly sweet, which made it entirely downable in three bites (womp, womp). If you’re a fan of pastries then this is one you should give a try! It is available for $9 in Disney Springs! We still have more St. Patrick’s Day snacks to cover so stay tuned to DFB!
