Melon is the prominent flavor, but the vanilla cream provides a fabulous balance and compliments it wonderfully. And, of course, you’re getting plenty of tropical tastes with a nice kick from the coconut rum together with the pineapple.
Lucky Shamrock Cocktail
It’s creamy, refreshing, and sweet (but not overly so, which is a pleasant surprise when you consider the components). In short, it’s a St. Patrick’s Day drink that’s simply perfect for the Poly! We absolutely LOVED it. You’ll find it at the Barefoot Pool Bar for $12.00 for a limited time!
Of course, like I mentioned, it’s not the ONLY boozy bevy we’ve been enjoying at the Barefoot recently…
