Sometimes, reaching Disney isn’t as easy as you’d like it to be.
Cinderella Castle
There are LOTS of folks planning and changing plans all the time when it comes to Disney World trips and many times, that means speaking with a Disney World Cast Member.
Well, if you need to get on the phone to talk about your Disney reservation right now, you might have some trouble. Disney’s Reservation Assistance phone line, (407) 939-4357, is currently unavailable.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Calling the number results in a recorded message that states, “We’re sorry, all circuits are busy now. Will you please try your call again later? This is a recording. Your call can not be completed at this time. Please try again later.”
Flower and Garden
We’re not sure why phone lines are down, but we do know that Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort released new reservations today, so it may have something to do with high-demand.
Mary Poppins
If you need to reach Disney right now, either wait to call the number a little later OR look into your options for how to contact Disney when phone lines are down. As a note, we WERE able to get through for Disney World ticketing for both new tickets and existing tickets.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
We’ll be keeping an eye on the situation and we will update you as soon as we learn more or if the phone line returns. Stay tuned.
