As a Florida native, Chef Art Smith is known for his incredible Southern cuisine. Guests can treat themselves to his iconic menu options like the Cheddar Cheese Drop Biscuits, Fried Chicken, Chopped Pork Barbecue, and more.

Speaking of Chef Art Smith, get ready to celebrate because his birthday is tomorrow, March 1st! And in celebration of his birthday, guests will receive a free single-layer slice of Hummingbird Cake with the purchase of any entree.

The Hummingbird Cake is a Pineapple-Banana Cake covered with Cream Cheese Frosting, served with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and a drizzle of Berry Coulis . It’s one of Chef Smith’s specialties, and it was served at Maya Angelou’s 75th birthday as well as Lady Gaga’s 25th birthday.
