SANTA Is Coming to Disney Springs…by BOAT!?

Typically, Mickey is the most famous guy around but that all changes during the Christmas season. That’s when SANTA becomes our favorite fella in the parks!

This year there are lots of changes to how Christmas is going to look at Disney World, but we do know that some holiday cheer will be coming to Disney Springs. Now, we know that the big guy will be coming too, and he’s trading in his sleigh for a BOAT!

According to the Disney site, Santa won’t be visiting to talk directly to kiddos in the interest of safety. Instead, he’ll be cruising by in Lake Buena Vista in Santa’s Winter Watercade in “a Winter Waterland of colorfully decorated pontoon boats.” We guess his reindeer were busy!

This certainly isn’t how we expected to see Santa this year but we can’t WAIT to wave to the big guy from the shores of Disney Springs! Disney hasn’t shared a date just yet, but as soon as we know we will share the info!
