EPCOT is full of fresh bites and cocktails for guests looking to try something unique and delish.
A fan favorite has returned!
This theme park is home to some of our favorite snacks and a huge assortment of beer, wine, and mixed drinks. We headed to Refreshment Outpost to see if anything new goodies showed up since our last visit. While perusing the menu, we spotted a familiar tasty treat behind the bar. Could it be? Has one of our favorite drinks made a comeback??
Oh yes, kids. That’s clearly a bottle of Amarula Liqueur ready and waiting for us! Queue the fanfare!
Amarula Liqueur
The Outpost is home to the elusive Frozen Brown Elephant. This absolutely delish beverage is frozen Coca-Cola mixed with milk and creamy Amarula Liqueur. Our first introduction to the drink was at EPCOT Food and Wine Festival in 2013. The original beverage was over ice and now it comes as a frozen slush!
YUM!
The drink is basically a grown-up cream soda and a surprisingly yummy combination of sweet and creamy. It isn’t currently on the menu, but the bottle of Amarula is out in the open for everyone to see. All you need to do to snag it is to simply ask for it!! The Cast Member told us the Amarula returned to the Outpost specifically for Frozen Brown Elephants. It looks like we’ll be making many returns to Refreshment Outpost real soon!
We will let you guys know once this baby is back on the official menu. For now, simply just ask for it by name and let us know what you think!!
