When we found out several third party stores and restaurants would be welcoming guests back on May 20th, we knew Jaleo by Chef José Andrés would not be among them.

The signature restaurant known for its modern Spanish cuisine has remained shuttered since March and shut down right before celebrating its 1-year anniversary at Disney World with a Paella Block Party!
According to Disney Springs’ website, Jaleo by Chef José Andrés will be officially reopening today at 4PM.

During its initial reopening phase, the restaurant with be closed Monday through Wednesday but will be open from 4PM to 10PM Thursday through Sunday for dinner. We can’t wait to get in there and enjoy some tapas — especially their selection of imported CHEESES! We LOVE a good cheese board!
