Review! There Are TWO New Fruity Starbucks Drinks in Disney World

Ah, Marketplace Starbucks, we love trying out all of the new drinks that you bring us.

We’re in Disney Springs today to try out some new beverages that just released! It’s true, we’re kind of in a fall mood already with Pumpkin Spice Lattes returning next week, but that doesn’t mean there’s no room in our heart for ONE MORE ROUND of summery flavors!

When we got to the Marketplace Starbucks in Disney Springs today, we noticed a new menu board touting the Kiwi Starfruit Starbucks Refresher ($4.75 for a grande) and the Star Drink ($5.35 for a grande). We’ve got to try them!

Let’s start off with the Kiwi Starfruit Starbucks Refresher! This drink has Starfruit and Kiwi-flavored Juice with real Kiwi Fruit Pieces, all shaken with ice. Talk about some tropical and summertime flavors!

True, the flavors were bright and summery with a unique hint of a greener taste from the Starfruit. It was on the sweeter side, but we noticed it seemed a little more watered-down than Starbucks Refreshers usually are.

Next, it was on to the Star Drink! This drink is pretty similar with the same Starfruit and Kiwi-flavored Juice and real Kiwi Fruit Pieces — it’s just also got Coconut Milk! Basically, it’s made the same way as the famous Pink Drink.

We liked the Star Drink version a little bit more but it was still a little lighter on the flavor than we expected. It’s kind of like tropical candy in a cup, so if you’re still looking for those refreshing summer flavors, this could be the drink for you.

Overall, we liked the new drinks but that won’t stop us from ONLY ordering Pumpkin Spice Lattes next week. At least they’re a great last-hoorah for summer!

And while we grabbed ours in Disney Springs, they should be available in more locations around Disney World as well. If you’re not traveling to Disney anytime soon, you should be able to sip on these at your local Starbucks too! As always, stay tuned to DFB for all the latest news.
