Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort has now reopened to guests!

We headed to the resort to check out all of the new health and safety measures and see what other changes have been implemented. We already shared photos from our experience, and now we’re taking you on a video tour of the reopened resort!

It was pretty quiet around Caribbean Beach Resort during our visit — just look at how peaceful it is down by the water!

The lobby hit us with some seriously relaxing vibes. We also noticed the added health and safety signage throughout the space.

We swung into Calypso Trading Post, the resident merchandise location at this resort. Did you know that you can mail a coconut from this store? So fun!

Of course, coconuts aren’t the ONLY wares here. You’ll also find some classic Disney merchandise and the occasionally Caribbean-themed must-haves.

Next, we took a step outside to the pool. Like at other reopened Disney resorts, the chairs are spaced out so that guests can socially distance while lounging. There’s signage asking guests to please NOT move any of the pool chairs.

We also took a moment to stop and enjoy the view of the Skyliner gondolas transporting guests on their flights!

We stopped by Banana Cabana to dream about tropical drinks in the Caribbean sun. Tables are distanced here so that guests are able to take off their masks while they eat and drink. Check out our review!

(Note that table-service restaurant Sebastian’s Bistro has not reopened yet.)

Caribbean Beach Resort has a small island, Caribbean Cay, where guests can take a stroll or find a gazebo or swinging bench to sit down and relax.

A huge perk of this resort is its proximity to the main hub of the Skyliner. You can travel to any of the Skyliner stations in mere minutes from here!
