Hello, Mouseketeers! We sure wish we could give you one of these Bubble Waffle Sundaes served in a souvenir Mickey Ear Hat and a BIG HUG right about now!

But even though the Disney World theme parks will be closing after Sunday, there’s a silver lining! Disney Springs hasn’t announced any plans to close in light of recent events, so if you’re looking for a quick Disney fix, you’ll still be able to enjoy the shops and restaurants of Disney World’s entertainment district!

Speaking of Disney Springs, we stopped by to check out what’s been happening since our last visit! Check out the new foods and merchandise we recently spotted throughout Disney Springs right here as we take you on a virtual walk around one of our favorite Disney stomping grounds!

Food Update at Disney Springs

Hot Diggity Dogs

Perhaps the hottest bit of news we have to share with you is that there’s a brand new Hot Diggity Dogs food truck that’s just pulled into Disney Springs!

We couldn’t wait to get our hands on the five styles of signature all-beef hot dogs the new quick-service spot serves!

And if you thought “the puppies” were great, you gotta check out the Loaded House-Made Chips which you can get all gussied up the same way as any of their dogs!

To put it frank, this rolling hot dog wagon is one seriously delicious addition to Disney Springs’ foodie scene! Check it out next time you’re looking to nosh on something, especially if you’re a hot dog lover!

D-Luxe Burger

We know we got some Bananas Fosters fans in da house! You folks will be thrilled to find out D-Luxe Burger is now serving a boozy Bananas Foster Shake for $12! It’s made with Bols Creme de Banana liqueur, toasted marshmallow flavor, crushed graham crackers, caramel, and creamy vanilla gelato! We’ll let you decide whether you should spilt this one — or not, with your bunch of banana buddies!

AristoCrepes

And that adorable Mickey ear hat-shaped bowlful of sin we showed you earlier? That’s the new Salted Caramel Waffle in Mickey Souvenir Dish for $17.99! As if we thought AristoCrepes Bubble Waffle Sundaes could get any BETTER, right? We’re truly speechless by this new creature and we say, welcome to the world, you wonderful sundae, you!

The new “Nothing Can Stop Us Now” Designer Ear Hat by Kevin Rafferty has finally made it’s way to Disney Springs. The ears light up while the theme song from Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway plays and it can be yours for $78.

Meanwhile, there was a run of fun to be found at World of Disney starting with this new Rainbow Walt Disney World Logo Hat for $27.99.

If you’re looking for even more pops of color to add to your Disney wardrobe, we also discovered the new Coral Minnie Ears for $29.99 were in stock here! We originally discovered them at Epcot, but they seem to be making their way around right now!

The new Mulan Minnie Ears have also done a flying kick into Disney Springs! These beauties cost $29.99 and they’re double-sided, just like Mulan and her alter ego Ping!
