While this location was closed for unknown reasons yesterday, it’s up and runnin’ today, so it’s time for a review!

Just like the Taste of Marrakesh, we’re getting to snack and sip on our favorites from last year again at Florida Fresh!

You can have a taste of some Florida specialties with the Carne Guisada with black bean cake and cilantro lime sour cream for $6.50…

…or the Spicy Blackened Shrimp and Cheddar Cheese Grits (!!!) with brown gravy and local sweet corn relish for $7.25. Brb, we’re basically swooning!

And, the Key Lime Tart with toasted meringue for $4.75 is a sweet and slightly tart way to end your snacking with dessert!

Buuut, the sweet stuff doesn’t have to stop there! Since Florida is known for its fresh fruit, the Watermelon Cucumber Slushy for $4.50 is a super refreshing sip that’s perfect to enjoy on a sunny day. Plus, it even comes with a grown-up version for $13.00 made with gin, so there’s an extra kick to the already delicious flavors of the slushy!

Looking for something a little stronger? Then you can taste some of the sweet brews like the Tampa Bay Brewing Company Twisted Strawberry Fest Fruit Ale, Big Top Brewing Company Conch Republic Key Lime Wheat, or the First Magnitude Brewing Co. Monarch Milk Stout each for $4.50.
