Ever since we swooned over the latest Valentine’s Day treats released at Amorette’s Patisserie in Disney Springs, we have been dreaming of our own Bella Notte!

We couldn’t get over the new Lady and the Tramp cake featuring one of our favorite Disney duos and now we know what’s hiding under those candy meatballs!
Thanks to @_audreymaxwell, we can now see this cake INSIDE and out! This adorable creation appears to have been inspired by Italian Spumoni and includes layers of vanilla chiffon cake, chocolate biscuit, dark chocolate mousse, pistachio mousse, cherry pate de fruit (chewy gel), and candied pistachios.

For $20.00, it must take a lot of time to place all those layers and twirl the tiny candy noodles!

You may be asking how all of those layers fit into one little treat! Drumroll please…

…. Like THIS! As you can see, all of those flavors make for a LOT going on inside. We are loving the defined layers and bright colors of the cherry pate mixed with the vanilla cake and chocolate mousse, but the candied pistachios and mousse add some …interesting… green and brown action in the mix.

This might be one of those desserts to snap a beautiful picture of the outside and take time to savor the FLAVOR of the inside. 😉
