Christmas is just around the corner which has us thinking about how we’ll be decorating our tree this year!

Luckily a quick stroll through Disney’s Days of Christmas in Disney World’s Disney Springs is all we need to be inspired!

Maybe you’ve seen these classic Ear Hat Attraction Ornaments before (they aren’t especially new, and most of the Disney parks have carried a small variety of them for a while).

But have you ever taken the time to truly study them? They are so incredibly, pain-staking detailed! Take for instance this it’s a small world Ear Hat Ornament. It’s truly a work of art!

No really! We aren’t kidding! Each of the Ear Hat Attraction Ornaments is actually sculpted and designed by a Disney Artist! And the bottom of each ornament is stamped with the Artist’s signature!

One of the names we keep seeing is Artist Costa Alavezos. He designed this incredible Enchanted Tiki Room Ear Hat Ornament…

…The details of which are truly enchanting…

…and bears Costa Alavezos name to its underside.

He’s also the Artist behind this Splash Mountain Ear Hat Ornament…

…which is so meticulously exact, we want to yell, “Watch out B’rer Rabbit!”

And this fantastic Seven Dwarfs Mine Train Ear Hat Ornament!

Heigh-ho! Heigh-ho! It’s off to shop we go! What a great present these ornaments would make for all the special Disney folks on your Christmas shopping list!

Here’s another one from our talented friend, Costa Alavezos! It reminds us so much of being in Toy Story Land!

This colorful design even features one of the little dudes from Alien Swirling Saucers along with Slinky Dog Dash!

Don’t worry, Buzz Lightyear! We didn’t forget about you!

We’re going to need a lot of backup batteries if we’re going to defeat the evil Emperor Zurg on Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin! Luckily, this ornament’s got plenty to spare!

Or course we gotta mention a few of the other Disney Artists that contributed to the Ear Hat Attractions series. This Space Mountain Ear Hat Ornament was modeled by Derrick Lirette.

As was this one of Big Thunder Mountain Railroad…

…While the Artist behind the Haunted Mansion Ear Hat Ornament is Cody Reynolds.

Remember that it’s a small world Ear Hat Ornament we showed you earlier? It was also designed by Cody Reynold — and it just might be our favorite of all!
