We’re back today to chat about an all-new seasonal side salad at The Polite Pig in Disney Springs. And we hope you’re hungry because this thing looks gooood.
The Polite Pig is a counter service BBQ location. Some of our favorite items are their Mac & Cheese and their Southern Pig, which is a pulled pork sandwich with a fennel-apple slaw.

The Polite Pig will often introduce new side items that play into the flavors of the upcoming season. And this time they have introduced the Cold-Smoked Heirloom Tomato Salad.

This salad is made with red onions, aged Vermont cheddar, and pickled pearl onions. It’s served with a drizzle of citrus creme vinaigrette. YUMMY!
We’re excited to give this new side item a try. It’ll probably pair really well with The Polite Pig’s Fried Chicken Sandwich, don’t ya think?
