If you want a HUGE dessert all to yourself or a treat to share with friends, the Brownie Waffle Sundae is definitely the snack to pick! We chose the cookies and cream, salted caramel, and biscotti dough gelato and the chocolate sauce for our sundae — and they were delicious!!

The hot waffle tastes just like a brownie, but maintains the waffle consistency instead of being too cake-y. (Now, if anyone has a lead on a super fudge-y waffle-sized brownie, please @ me!) Although melting ice cream usually sounds like a problem, the different flavors of gelato mixing together on top of the waffle made for an ooey, gooey (although messy) treat!
