will host a buffet Brunch with the Easter Bunny featuring classic Italian dishes from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM on Easter Sunday.

Enzo’s Hideaway

Seating will begin at 10:30 AM on Easter Sunday for guests to enjoy the traditional menu at Enzo’s Hideaway along with three specialty à la carte items including a Spicy Italian Breakfast Skillet with spicy Italian sausage, pancetta and potatoes, Nutella French Toast with brioche bread and fresh berries, and Frittata Rustica on ciabatta toast.

Seating will also begin at 10:30 AM on Easter Sunday at The Edison.

The Edison’s signature menu will be available along with a selection of three Easter à la carte specials: a stack of fluffy Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with whipped ricotta cheese, an Edison Egg Burger with brioche bun, bacon, egg & avocado, or a Smoked Salmon Frittata with roasted shallots, tomatoes & fontina cheese.
